Congratulations to all the 2004 Fellowship Award Recipients. It was an honor to present your Fellowship Degrees to you. I hope to be presenting many more degrees in the future.

Fellowship credits are earned for service given to the organization and for achievement in print and folio competition. Many people confuse merits with credits. Merits are from Professional Photographers of America and accumulate for National Degrees. Credits are given by the PPN and apply to your state fellowship degrees. Under certain circumstances, you will also receive a state credit for earning a national merit.

You will automatically receive credits for serving on crews for PPN functions and for print competition awards at state or national competitions. You must notify me to receive credit for speaking and judging for other associations, artist modification on a photographer's national merit print or articles published in a national trade journal.
